Changemakers 2017 Friends
Changemakers is our annual celebration of the people who improve the lives of children in Nebraska and across the country. Each year, we'll bring in an inspirational speaker to discuss an issue related to child well-being.
Join Nebraska Children for a celebration of 20 years of pulling together to create positive change for kids in our state. The event will take place at Embassy Suites in La Vista. This year’s keynote will be Wes Moore, Army combat veteran, social entrepreneur, and author. His first book, "The Other Wes Moore: One Name, Two Fates," became a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller and is a story that conveys the importance of individual decisions alongside community support.
